    Stage 2 is my next step. When I do the groceries I’m going to look for 100% whole wheat.

    Hi Katrina, I love the work you so, thank you for helping us to be healthy. I’m on stage 2, wholemeal foods but still so processed. I’m going to work on what I can eat for lunch without eating wholemeal bread.
