Chris and I think it’s time for us to start teaching you about this vital component of your health… your metabolism.
Five years ago, Chris and I set out to learn more about metabolism in an effort to help our students with stubborn weight loss. Those students who were doing “everything right” but still struggled with their weight.
- studying under one of the world’s experts in metabolism
- receiving advanced training and multiple certifications in the metabolism, including the thyroid
- helping hundreds of students lose weight in our Metabolic Reboot program
