“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever” – 1 Corinthians 9:24-25
My prayer for you today is that you run in such a way as to get the prize.
And the prize I see up ahead for you is a healthy temple; a body where physical burdens are releasing; energy and health are being restored; the hindering cravings have been slain and you are able to FULLY live out your life and live out your purpose.
And I can’t wait for the ultimate prize that Paul speaks of in the verse from 1 Corinthians! Can you?
So fight the good fight, my friend. It is worth the prize!

DAY 5 Mindful – eat your meals mindfully. Slow down.
